What some guests may not like about our home
- This home is not pet friendly and we make zero exceptions whatsoever. The homeowner is extremely allergic to animals (not just the dander, so hypo-allergenic does not matter). Please do not bring any pets for any reason as this will just create more headache for everyone and cost you a lot more in fees for sanitizing the entire home.

Our house comfortably sleeps 7 with 1 king bed in the Master, 2 full beds in the second and third bedroom and The couch is also a decent enough size to sleep on if you wish to do this. The home occupancy permits 7 overnight guests.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. This property was a fabulous stay and we would return. The atmosphere and decor is super cute, everything was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. The master bedroom was my favorite part of the stay - blackout curtains for total darkness and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud.
