The check in process was awkward. The place was empty and we waited 10 minutes for someone to get to the desk. When he finally arrived he was wearing gloves and a mask and snapped at me to take a step back “behind the blue X”. We almost left right then and there, but I felt sorry for him for being so scared. If the employees are wearing masks and gloves themselves, they shouldn’t behave paranoid toward a guest. Then we get to the room and the soap is a squeeze “tank”, that isn’t that easy to use, (if staff are wearing gloves and masks shouldn’t there be individual amenity bottles rather than shared??) There was hair in the bed, the comforter felt very cheap and I didn’t want to touch it the beds were too soft. The girl at checkout was much more professional and friendly. The breakfast was terrible. No decaf hot tea available and a tiny bite size muffin or donut. There was cereal but no alternative milk. We just passed on breakfast there. Overall it felt sterile and unwelcoming.

I liked the vibe of the whole hotel. I loved the design and that they serve free breakfast!

The facility was fun and clean. The room was small and simple, but fairly functional. There were hooks and hangers, but no drawers. So we couldn't fully unpack. It felt like we were living out of a suitcase.

Very interesting decor. Pleasant and welcoming environment. Bed was not real comfortable but overall a nice place. Good location.

Clean, convenient and friendly staff! Would recommend!

Couldnt get any dry towels, when i finally tracked down housekeeping, and asked if i could teade for dry ones they said no

Its a good no-frills place, conveniently located to downtown Boise & airport. The rooms are not sound-proofed well and are very noisy, 24x7, from the vehicle traffic noises, even though the room was on the 4th level, instead they provide ear plugs to block out the noise :-(.

Quite possibly the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Even they realize it. In the morning I noticed that they offer complimentary earplugs in your room because of how noisy their location is.

nice place to stay. close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. easy access to the interstate.

My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I had a great stay.

Lighting in room & bathroom are too bright. Dim lighting needs to be an option for early morning while others are asleep.the bathtub has two knobs to turn on water and rotate which faucet you want the water to come out. I had to call in staff who stated they have never been in the room & don’t know how to turn the tub on either. Took both of us 10 minutes to get it to work.
