Crappy stay

I requested a king room, got a single queen handicap accessible one. The bed and toilet were very close to floor making it difficult for me to get down or up from them. There was food on the floor upon entry as well as iron stains around the floor of the toilet, shower curtain was torn . Very disappointed as when I stay in Salem at the Hampton Inn and Suits they are very nice.

Our room was a single, king bed. And it was perfect for our two night getaway. It was very clean with updated decor and features. We especially liked we could control the a/c ourselves.(Some places don't allow this) Housekeeping was a tad loud in the a.m and the bathroom faucet was backwards- turning it towards red was cold water and the blue was hot. Overall, we would stay again.
