The room itself was excellent friendly staff however the lights weren't all the same in other words some were dimmer than others The coffee in the room not good, the shower only lasted like 5 minutes before it started getting cold. We would stay here again because the room was so nice.

The room was very spacious, recently updated, and very clean. The staff was fabulous and the breakfast was very good. We travel a lot and would absolutely stay at this property again.

The Night desk clerk keyed my room for an already occupied room. The second night my keys didn't work and i had to go back to the front desk to have it rekeyed. Breakfast was not that great!

Very impressed with this hotel. Staff more than great. Needed to stay in room due to migraines and asked cleaning lady for coffee pods and towel. She has been wonderful, I told her no need to clean room but she gave towel and pods and is very quiet at other rooms she cleans Front desk has been excellent. When I checked in she was very kind and helpful. I decided to stay an extra day and another woman was at front desk and added another day easily. The location has been perfect. Within walking distance of places I needed to walk to. I was hesitant at first staying here but it’s perfect for me and my needs now. Recommend!

The staff were all amazing, kind and quick service. Breakfast was great for continental style :) Beds were great and room was clean. Bathroom is pretty croweded ( just a bad set up) Parking lots and side walks were slick and not cleared well. Although snall complaints Definitely would stay again. The staff make it amazing and ya'll got some good ones :)

We always have an excellent stay at Best Western. With that said, after walking around for an hour the bottom of our feet were dirty from the room. Our bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
