Zero stars if possible! Don’t stay anytime soon

We arrived Thursday evening to find the lights in the living room, kitchen and dining room were not working! As well as no working internet or tv. We notified the number given, which is a management company not the owners. We got an auto response immediately saying theyd check on it. We didn’t hear anything so 2 hours later we asked again about power and were told there was nothing they could do that night. Never once did the property owner call us to apologize or check in throughout this entire ordeal. Long story short we did not get lights/ internet till Saturday afternoon! And that is with limited usage because they believe it’s the dining room lights that’s causing the problem. We’ve requested compensation for our inconveniences, we were told they’d get back to us and yet again no word from anyone!!On top of all this the dishwasher is not installed properly so comes out so open carefully. They also have a bit of a spider problem, we were killing them our whole stay! We will not return here or stay with this management company, their customer service and communication is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable!!!

Meridian for Christmas

My wife and I rented this home to spend Christmas with our grandchildren. One lives in Meridian and the other traveled from South Weber. The house was in a great location and had ample room for Christmas Eve dinner, Christmas morning and dinner later that day. The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, tastefully decorated and an ample backyard for both of our dogs. The neighborhood offers multiple dog walking options. The kitchen was appropriately stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils needed. I even found small Christmas themed plates. The living room dining room area has comfortable seating and the open concept allows conversation between kitchen, dining and living room areas. Bedrooms have ample bedding and room. The master has a nice on-suite and is located on the opposite side of the house from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and their shared hallway bath. Two car garage allows for indoor parking in the cold months. Located within a short distance of markets, restaurants, banking, really anything you need to round out your trip. When we visit again, I hope to find it available and will stay at this house again.

Cute Stay

Cute house, clean and easy to communicate with the host when issues with wifi arose. Would definitely stay here again. Yummy complimentary snacks as well. :)

Staycation

Needed a local place to stay while our home was being repaired. Overall, stay was fine. Burnt our light bulbs, cracked electrical plate hazard, areas inside not cleaned, broken slider screen door, dirty BBQ led to this location being less than optimal. Overall, amenities met our needs. Would not stay at this location again.

Family visit

Beautiful home, very comfortable. We met the neighbor who does the lawn maintenance. He asked if it was ok to mow the lawn to make sure it was not too noise. Very friendly. Overall wonderful experience in a most beautiful area of Idaho. Lots of day trips from here.

Fantastic yard for dogs.

The house was comfortable, and air conditioned which is nice for the summer. The backyard is fully fenced with lots of grass and my dogs loved it. However the house could use some attention to detail: the shower curtain in the main bathroom has mold spots, the sliding glass door frame was quite dirty, and I found some food remnants on the pots and pans.

Great Home

The home was just what we were looking for, clean and quiet home in a good neighborhood. Everything was as advertised and we loved the location which close to everything. Only two suggestions to make the stay more enjoyable: (1) Is to have additional patio furniture to accommodate more than just 3 people (2) Supply a cleaning brush for the gas grill. Certainly we would not hesitate to rent the home again.

Relaxing, well appointed home

The property manager said he sent me emails via the VRBO link but we didn’t have any messages in Junk or Spam file. My daughter was a great detective and found his personal phone number. Once we made contact everything was great. I would definitely stay there again. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and in a great location.
