: Stunning Views but Service Needs Improvement We recently stayed in the sea view suite, which was impressive with its two huge terraces—one off the sitting room and another off the bedroom—offering a breathtaking view of the sea. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a nice touch to our experience. However, the service was disappointingly slow. It often took longer than expected to receive any service, which affected our overall enjoyment of the stay. Additionally, the prices seemed overrated for the quality and speed of service provided. While the views and room were wonderful, the value for money didn’t quite meet our expectations. If you’re looking for a place with great views and can overlook the service delays, this might be worth considering. Otherwise, you might want to weigh the pros and cons.

The ocean view from our room in kuum hotel is phenomenal, breakfast was superb as well the lunch we had at our cabana , the staff was very helpful by reserving us a cabana right by the water , we were served delicious meals as well as cocktails. Our stay could not have been any more better than this, all thanks to the amazing manager at this hotel. She was extremely kind and ensured our stay here was perfection. Definitely will be booking our next stay here at kuum hotel in bodrum because of her impeccable hospitality.

This was a wonderfully chilled hotel that fulfilled all of our requirements for a peaceful and relaxed holiday. The staff were charming and perhaps more to the point, so were the other guests who, on occasions can turn a fabulous holiday into a miserable experience.

THE service is very very bad even they don't have any one sbake English I don't know how they get 5 star even. they look my room during the night once I come back they asking for payment for extra bed , they close the room . as normal hotel they calling you at least, and they don't but water inside the room . also the waitress ask you tip by force its very bad experience.
