I thought the staff were great. But my room was number 300 and right outside the door was a working air conditioning unit in the hallway. It was an internal hallway so I found that strange… But it was loud and noisy throughout the night. Additionally, the outdoor pool area, which I could see right out my window was disgusting. It was overgrown with Mold, and all of the tables and chairs were stacked radically in the corner and the grass area around it was poorly kept. It looked awful like the hotel was closed.

There was no phone number to hotel. Every number listed either just rang or was not a working number. They did not respond to me messaging them either I was trying to contact them to request early check in. So we just had to arrive in person and ask and was told no despite me being an IHG member. Then I wanted to pay the $50 deposit separately on a different card or even offered cash and they said no. The women working breakfast were extremely good. Comforters smelled. Good location for IU visit

This place is a dump!

This hotel is a dump! Floors where dirty like they havent been vacummed in days, and there was dry blood on the bathroom floor. I woke up this morning and stared at the ceiling and eww grossed, the dirt and cobwebs on the ceiling is disgusting.

Our second time here. The location is good. House keeping & some front desk staff are courteous and do prompt service. Bed & linens are fine. Good parking space. But the floors, furniture, carpet need cleaning & replaced. There were dead bugs in bathroom. Stains on carpets & old furnishings. Overall comfortable stay.

Staff was friendly. Room was not ready until after 5p. Mgr offered a drink and snack on the house. Bathroom smelled like a dirty cloth. Bathtub clogged and did not drain well. Cold water faucet worked but not well/ broken. Bar not open and restaurant only open for breakfast. Room was spacious and hotel conveniently located.
