The pot smoke throughout the hallway was really gross. A guy was smoking in the stairwell, and leaving the door open a crack. it was rough. noisy. won't stay there again.

The hotel is experiencing a lot of stink bug issues. The first room I got had over 6 of them... on the ceilings and one in the bed sheet. The staff member at the desk was very nice and assigned me a new room. The only major concern I had was the bodily fluid stain I found on my bedsheet. I did bring cleaning wipes, sanitizing spray, and a mini vacuum in case. It definitely made me feel better that I brought these. I wasn't expecting a whole lot since the price was fairly cheap. I do feel bad because the staff at the front desk is very nice.

Breakfast not special; tub would not empty; great safety features in our room and a big sturdy bath chair helpful in getting out of tub.
The property seemed very nice at first glance. The pool and hot tub were not open and that was a disappointment especially since it is well advertised on their site. The room seemed clean but then we had bed bug bites from our night in the hotel. When I called to notify the staff they have doubted our accuracy about the problem and in my opinion have been very slow to act. I am concerned that they will not deal with the situation in a manner that will eradicate the pests. I had to call twice to even get a conversation with a manager. They have been slow to inspect the room and to my knowledge no one has inspected it at this point. I am very disappointed in how they have handled the bed bug situation and very concerned for all future guests at this hotel.
Staff here is super friendly! Pool and hot tub were closed. Breakfast was meh. But for the price, you wont find a better value.
Room was disgustingly dirty. - the corner chair was black with dirt. Seriously - horrible. I had a hard time sleeping there

I liked that it was right off the road, close to where .my event was happening, and the staff was friendly. I didnt like that the toilet in room was not secure to the floor and when ever you got up from using it, it would make a loud noise to get level again. On morning of checkout (which was @ 11am), at around 10:30, the cleaning personnel started to open door while still in room without announcing presence, to clean room. When my friend came back in from smoking cigarette, he asked what room and if checked out yet. Told him no. We felt that we were getting rushed out of room when we still had 1/2 left until checkout.
The price for our two-night stay was reasonable. Our principal complaint is that the bedspread was stained and dirty. Breakfast was a good deal.

Although staff was wonderful and friendly, I regret having to complain multiple times about the lack of hot water. There was zero hot water during my entire stay and I would truly appreciate if that could be made up with points or a stay on Wyndham. 😌 I love all of your hotels and staff in general are fantastic, I know this was a rough time but I will indeed stay again if I concerns are heard. Thank you in advance!
Convenient location to Indiana University. Needs some updating (looks like it's in progress), which led to some construction dust in the room. Bathroom was VERY small!
