Hotel is a little tired if Im honest however as far as my stay went i could fault it. We stayed for a concert at BP Pulse Live which is super close (10min walk although we got lost!). Twin room with breakfast £180. Checkin staff v nice and helpful. Bar and spa staff same. Spa is small but when i was there wasnt packed so fine. One thing thats a bonus is parking is included so if youre umming and ahhing about cost of driving or staying over, you will save a lot of money and hassle (getting off the venue site after events) by staying over. All in all a good stay. Its never going to set the world on fire but good price, location and amenities is a winner.

Free parking, dog friendly and stones throw to BP Pulse. The hotel was spacious and bright. Food 5* staff 5* rooms 5* and very reasonable prices for food and drink, rooms a god price too. I will definitely stay the again, very happy customers 😊

Very good staff, we were overcharged twice when ordering dinner and breakfast, all honest mistakes which to be fair we missed. On both occasions the staff came back to us, apologised and immediately refunded us. For the price the hotel offered everything you’d need for either visiting the NEC or staying before a flight from Birmingham.

Room was freezing ..had no heating …if u wanted a bath u had to stand up everytime to use the body cleaning products .. found it very unsafe and also having mobility issues didn’t help the situation…alarm went off in middle of night without warning…had to ask for another blanket as they were very thin and would not have kept me and my grandson warm … the pool was freezing cold …and the room smelt of gone off milk .. carpet was filthy ..
