Great location to stay before a flight before flying from Birmingham airport. Checkin was quick, friendly & easy. Rooms clean and tidy but could do with a little care for decorating. Restaurant has been done and even corridors are tidy just rooms need a little spruce up.

There was no-one on Reception when we arrived so, after waiting 10 mins, I phoned my friend who was already in our room. The room was chilly and took a while to warm up.
