Modern spacious home set in the beautiful village of Hampton in Arden. Close to major transport links, this home will make the perfect getaway for contractors, families and groups
Please note that the house is currently being refurbished and these photos from our other properties will give you an idea of how this will be decorated.
An 8-minute walk to the railway station connects to Birmingham International and the NEC in 2-3 minutes and London in just over an hour.
Relax in the living room with a large sofa and widescreen TV.
The kitchen comes with all amenities you would need, Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Kettle and toaster as well as cooking equipment and crockery.
A washing machine is also available.
All cleaning materials including washing up liquid and hand wash are supplied.
You will have access to the rear garden with table and chairs to relax outside.
