Horrible managent. Stay away

The apartment is modern and the stay was very comfortable. However the management of the property is below incomptent and extremely inefficient. They forgot to give a 'key code' or welcome documents and hence I couldn't check in on first night out of 3 booked and paid nights. There was no way to contact them and I had to find an alternate means of accommodation for the first night with two young children. Seven Livings offerred to re-imburse for one night and after a month this has not materialised. Stay away from this place!

Was over 30C in the apartment during the night. Windows can't open and can't control the temperature. Mold on the backsplash in the kitchen. Corridor has dirty carpet. It's a good setup overall, but would need a few adjustments.

Great stay at broadway residence. Location was perfect, very central and good access to buses and trams. Apartment was basic, a little bit worn in places, but had everything we needed. Read the instructions about using the water heating system, we didn’t and ran out of hot water. Communication with seven living was brilliant, easily contacted by phone or email. Staff on the front desk also really friendly and helpful. Already planning our next visit 😁

It didn’t feel like it had been cleaned recently. It was freezing and took 2 days to heat up. It was impossible to set the water heater so ran out of hot water using the boost and could not stream any tv.
