My real concern with staining at this hotel is that it was not mentioned on Hotel.com website that this hotel is a Naturalist hotel. Everyone was naked. I left early!!!!

My booking experience with Expedia was pathetic as it was done through web and not app. I searched for 8th checkin and somehow in the process they changed the date to 7th and made me pay for stay at 11.40PM for that night stay which was practically impossible for me to even use rhe facility. I am yet to get clarity on refund.. Property said they did charged ..expedia did wheras expedia said error was not possiblee and ruled comms out. Having said all of that... when it comes to property.. i will say Pros... Great hospitality and experience. Good options of bubble hot pool, steam sauna and plunge pool. Cons Property needs some maintenance... and hygiene needs attention...

Unexpected naturist experience, but nice hotel.

Booked fir an overnight stay in Birmingham. Convenient location and lovely staff. What was unexpected is that this is a "clothing optional" naturist hotel. This should be made clear in the description. Also, the Clover's description on the Hotels.com site states thst breakfast is included. This is not the case and breakfast is a payable extra. Having saud that the manager (owner), recognised this as an error in the description and honoured the booking. We would not plan to return to the Clover, but not due to any fault of the hotel, but more because naturism is not our scene. For those who are perhaps more comfortable in their skin, the hotel seems really nice.

The facilities are excellent and easy to use the bar area was comfortable and welcoming. Unfortunately on arrival were told that the expected free breakfast was not included.

This property is a naturist hotel. This was not made clear on the Expedia listing, and frankly I wouldn't have chosen the hotel had I known. There was a naked man walking up the garden and naturist magazines in the room. Nothing against it but i don't want to be involved. Staff were very friendly and tried to make me welcome as I was refused a pre-pay refund when I found out.

Another great weekend.

This was our 4th time now to clover spa, great place to relax and wind down, excellent service offered by Tim and his a staff and nothing too much troublle we also treated ourselves to a massage which was great too, good all round friendly atmosphere and would highly recommend.
