The staff was really friendly upon check in. Infact I was early so they let me check in sooner than expected. They only issue was that the air conditioning in the room was not up to Hilton Standards. I was put on the 4th floor and the air just did not keep the room cool. I had it set at 65 degrees and it felt like it was 80. I was told they are in the process of getting new FF&E. I hope this includes new air conditioning units for upper level floors. Also they did not have a list of restaurants that either delivered or had carry out services. However, they did have restaurants within walking distance, but when tried and need to complete business homework, going out to dinner was not a valued time management solution. There was not even a phone book of the area in the room. I had to call the front desk and have my daughter bring one up. However the phone book they had was useless due to the lack of restaurants listed.
