We had a great stay! The kiddos really enjoyed the toys! We liked playing some games and reading books to wind down from our trip. We also went to the nearby playground. The place was welcoming, clean, close to good food and exploring Birmingham’s history. We had a good time.

We loved this place. There was some hiccups with communication at first but that was quickly resolved. The home was just as advertised. Spacious and fit our need perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Most important it was very close to UAB where i was having heart surgery. I needed to add a day onto the stay for my husband and kids to recoup from thr stress and my surgery before driving several hours home. This request was accommodated wuickly and with no issues. Top notch property.100 percent would recommend this place.to anyone staying in the Birmingham area

We arrived late and stayed for a quick overnight. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and thought the size of the house was perfect. The beds and couch were comfy. I also loved that the water got hot enough to wash a couple of things in the kitchen quickly.The secondary bedroom door would not stay closed for us. The house, in general, seemed to need a deep cleaning (vents, bathroom tub drain, fridge vent, etc). This may have caused the A/C to not work very efficiently. After attempting to cool it down, we removed the air filter (owner's advice), and it did start to cool down a bit. It took a few hours after removing the filter for it to cool enough to be comfortable in the master (warmest room). I understand it is hot outside, but I would assume it usually works faster and may need servicing, as it began heating up quickly the second I turned it back to original settings in the morning. Overall, with all of the specific check-out directions and issues, we feel the house is not worth the price we paid and will stay elsewhere next time.
