As a lot of the previous reviews have mentioned, the reception staff were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Thanks Linda and Andrew! I got a complimentary upgrade to a 'superior suite' which was lovely. Decent size lounge, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, all nice and warm, clean, well maintained. Only very very minor criticism is the gym was very small and with 3 people in there at once really wasn't room to swing a kettlebell round! But that aside, a really good stay and I'm sure I'll be back!

This was our third stay at Adagio Birmingham. Rooms are clean and modern. Kitchen is fully equipped. Stone throw from Bull ring and plenty of cheap parking around. Receptionist are helpful and always cheerful.

The room was very clean and stocked with cooking ware + utensils. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, polite and accommodating - we had a business meeting and asked if we can extend our stay slightly, which staff were happy to accommodate.
