Short Break
A picture of the front of the property on the website would have been useful in locating it on the road, particularly in the dark . It is in a good location to access other part of the city quickly. It is neutrally decorated and well laid out for it's size. The kitchen is adequately equipped but would benefit from having more cleaning products a mop/broom spare bin liners dishwasher tablets surface cleaner etc. There were no tea towels but owner was happy to resolve issue. The property is generally well maintained and had been adequately cleaned prior to our arrival, however there are areas needing a deep clean. These were raised with the owner and I believe will be addressed. The stairs are typical for the type of property and would be a challenge for someone with mobility problems The beds are in good condition if a little hard for our personal tastes. The bathrooms are functional, but no cleaning products available. The garden is small and has a seating area. It would benefit from having previous guests cigarette end removed. There is no information book which would be a helpful edition to the property. The property is good value for the price we paid and met our needs. We had a pleasant short break an would rent it again if available when visiting the area.
