Set up for people who will only use it once.

Food stops at 9.45 and there is no room service. This is appalling for an airport hotel. It has some of the trappings of a Hilton, and it charges like one, but the amenities and service are about the same as the Ibis next door. The room is basic, the shower poor. It’s exploiting its position and would close if it had competition.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet.

Staff were friendly. Bar food was a bit limited and restaurant didn’t serve food early enough for us going out. Location is best suited for the airport but is an 11 min train journey to the centre. It was so quiet but right next to the runway, incredible. The bed was hard and the pillows were very flat so this didn’t suit us really. A mattress topper and the option of more pillows in the wardrobe would be good. Menus in the room would be a good addition. It was spacious, quiet and clean.
