I stayed here for 5D4N and the staff service was impeccable and top notch ! Everywhere you go within the premise, the service staffers were all smiley and greeting you. Not a single scowl or unhappiness and they all seem so happy doing their work! For example… After they made our bed, they would give us something very personal and thoughtful like a message on the bed, complete with pretty origami using towels. See photos. In addition, during breakfasts, the server would come round with something special frlm the kitchen and asking you for constructive feedback, or just generally chatting with you on your home country. On the third day, we were served wonderful fruit tarts and I truly enjoyed it! Hence on the fourth day, I asked if I could have the fruit tart from the day before. The server told me he would check with the kitchen and 10min later, he came with 3 fruit tarts! Freshly baked to cater to my whims! How is this not good service? I love this hotel stay and would recommend to anyone !

All the staff members at Four Points were extremely welcoming and friendly to every guest. We were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel and housekeeping team prepared a thoughtful mini surprise for us. We would like to extend our thanks to Dimas, Fauzi, Renora, Aprillia, Dwi, Moel and Feby for going over and beyond to ensure that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The hotel is convenient, as it’s a walkable distance from Plaza Lagoi, and a short 10-15 drive away to most of the attractions. The beach is clean and pretty, and the beach club serves really delicious food and drinks. 10/10 would visit again for the wonderful ambience and service!

Arrived and only option was bbq for dinner. Very limited vegetarian options for lunch/dinner. Hotel is very peaceful and all staff extremely helpful. Everyone spoke english and excursions easily arranged. There is no currency exchange available at hotel and closest option is the ferry port by taxi. Over all a very peaceful relaxing week. Would definitely book again.

One of my most relaxing holidays

The staff at Four Points in Bintan are the most welcoming, cheerful and helpful people I have met, never experienced something like this in my life. The hotel is a great place to relax: one can swim at the pool, walk by the beach, have drinks at the pool bar or exercise at the gym. Perfect to switch off for a few days. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is also great, one probably needs weeks to try all the options; make sure you include when booking. Overall, highly recommended.
