Nice--needs a little update with hall carpets, but there was a good sized breakfast and GOOD coffee!

The young man at the front desk was very pleasant and wanted to help in any way. This hotel was close to KAB and that is what we needed. Close to beach, food, and casino. Nice hotel.

Pleasant hotel to stay. Parking is a little inconvenient as only a few spots are on the side of the hotel and majority are around on the end side of the hotel and swipe key did not work on the back door entrance from parking lot and had to walk all the way to the front in order to get entrance. More night light needed outside on front of hotel in order to feel safe walking in from street in the evening.

My husband and I stayed here for a concert at a local casino. It was very nice being just a few blocks away, within walking distance.

This was our 5th stay at this hotel in about 6 years, and I can say that everything was fine! The rooms are always clean, and comfortable. The deluxe continental breakfast was wonderful; the staff courteous. We usually stay at Best Western wherever we go; this facility is the best!!!!!!! Very good location!!

Very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Will stay here again.

Only stayed one night. Hotel staff was very hospitable. Forgot razor so they brought 2 to my room along with shaving cream. I recommend this hotel.

We just wanted to get away for a little while. In walking distance of several attractions. And right across the street from the beach.Very nice mini vacation of relaxation.

The rooms have been updated recently and offer a clean and comfortable stay. The shops are a quick walk around the corner, as is a transit stop. We had bad timing with yucky weather, but if it had been sunny and warm we would have easily put our kiddo in the stroller and walked to downtown. Now to the breakfast area. I'd never been to Eureka Springs but once I saw what the rest of the town is like, the breakfast area makes total sense. It's got that 1980's Victorian replica aesthetic going on with everything painted mauve and murals of ladies in old fashioned dresses by the seaside and a gazebo in the middle of the room. The kids actually dug eating breakfast in the gazebo. It's certainly outdated but it just mirrors the old fashioned bed-and-breakfast vibe of the town. And the food is just fine. Buffet on Sunday and order from a menu the rest of the week. You have to get tickets for your breakfast at the front desk. If you're visiting Eureka Springs as a family, know that several of the bed and breakfasts and cabins don't allow kids, making this an affordable and comfortable option.

BW Oak Manor has a perfect location for the traveler who wants to explore the entire MS Gulf Coast. A friend and I came for a shopping trip that took us from Ocean Springs to Bay St. Louis. We were right on Beach Blvd., near fabulous restaurants, and close to the Biloxi Art District. Our room was clean and quiet. The hotel staff is welcoming and accommodating, quick to assist and advise. This is the MS Gulf Coast's best-kept hospitality secret!

Perfect location for us. The room was very clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast great.

Very nice I requested for a king size bed they on had double beds

Perfect place to stay if you can't afford the Beau or Hard Rock.

The only complaint I have about the Best Western Oak Manor is that one of the room cards didn't work. Everything else was awesome!! Great room at a great rate and an awesome location!!!

This is a perfect value-hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy the Biloxi casinos but doesn't wish to actually stay IN the casinos. This place is an easy walk from both the Beau Rivage & Hard Rock casinos. Very clean & comfortable rooms, we had a great experience.

The hotel is clean and rooms are nice and comfortable. Location is great! Right across the street from casinos and the beach. Our air conditioner didn't cool the room very well and they had no parts to repair it or other rooms to move us to, but it did cool better after being on for a long time. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Barely more than a continental breakfast, and not enough seating.

It was very comfortable. Everything overall was very good. I'm very satisfied. I just wish the jetted tub would have been a little bigger, but it was an overall good stay.

We always love it here. We have stayed here several times and it's always a pleasant stay. We return again very clean and staff very friendly. Clost to several casinos.

Other than being put in a smoking room, after requesting non-smoking, the room was clean but smelly! My husband did leave his new slippers in the room...we called the next day we're put on hold, no one returned to speak to us. Called again next eve and were asked to called back on Moday to spek to manager. We did so, we were told immediately noone had knowledge of the slippers...dissappointed to say the least.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. We stayed in a room with a jetted tub which was really relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.
