Clean. No carpets. Cheap wall construction, as any time a door closes, the bed headboard vibrates resoundingly. This is disturbing in the mornings when trying to sleep. Staff helpful and cooperative except a mr. Ibon at the desk, who (lazily) didn't want to assist in obtaining a blanket, saying: "you don't need one, it's summer". (!) Breakfast decent. Good location next to river, except windows give onto blank wall, not the river. Overall ok.
