The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Most pillows at hotels leave me with a sore neck but these were great. The staff was always kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel matches it's name...Quality!

Excellent service all the way around!! We checked in late due to rain delay at event we attended. Parking lot has plenty of light and greeted and checked in quickly. Hotel is an older hotel, but they have worked extensively to update/modernize the rooms. Rooms are large with cabin decoration. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was solid and fresh. Recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was designed with grab bars and a shower that accommodates handicapped people. We wanted to give a higher rating but the bed was terrible. It was unsupportive and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

My kids live the pool. We drive up and stay everytime they have a celebration. This was end of school 25. Always very nice staff, accommodating, and clean. We will be back again.

We really were hoping to like it here, we did a bunch of research beforehand even. We are younger but not disruptive or disrespectful. We stayed for 5 nights.. the pool was okay, dirty and freezing cold and they claim it to be a “saltwater” pool and it was definitely not, sucks for someone like us with a chlorine allergy. Then on our last night we got in around 11pm after hiking all day long, around 11:30 we got a call from front desk saying the people below us said we were being loud.. I had just gotten out of the shower and my boyfriend was already sleeping in bed. Then I had laid down, 10 minutes goes by and the people below us are pounding on the ceiling. I called front desk and they legit did nothing about it. Whatever it wasn’t the biggest of deal. But then at 5am the next morning we were getting ready to leave, checked out front desk was nice until they thought we walked outside and couldn’t hear them when the lady at the front desk asked the man “ which room was checking out” and he said “309” than she proceeded to say “ oh does that room ring a bell,” giggles and continues to talk bad about us. After 4 nights of being quiet and respectful and then one person says we were being loud… Also they say breakfast goes until 10am, it does not they closed it early every morning we stayed there. I honestly wanted to like it here and come back but unfortunately that won’t be happening. The workers are honestly very disrespectful.
