The place smelled like mold. Paint chipped on doors and walls. The entire place is not very well maintained. I asked the front desk for a new hair dryer because mine did not work, but no one ever came to replace it. No one came to open the safe door either, which I also requested from the Indian guy at the front desk. He reluctantly took my requests with hesitation. Very poor service!! No daily maid service!!! I would never come back to Quality Inn ever again!!!

The condition of the hotel was terrible. The room was disgusting. The parking lot was not lit up and did not feel safe. I ended up leaving and got a different hotel for the night. It was bad enough that I was willing to pay for 2 rooms that night because it was so gross and unsafe.

Overall, our stay was good. There were minor things that could use improvements. The smoke detector in the hall needs a new battery as it continuously beeped. The toilet was a little loose and would rock when getting up. However, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, it was quiet, the location was perfect, and the price was right. If youre looking for a good nights sleep on a budget, I would recommend.

Our room was freezing when we walked in, and we came with our cat. Had to his the reset button on the plug to get heat to come on. Wasnt told that a light switch turns on the refrigerator, thats really stupid. We had only half a roll of toilet paper for 4 nights, had to get more. The bathroom area is freezing cuz no heat goes that way and the bathroom fan cant be turned on or off separately from the light. And the heating/air conditioning unit blows really loudly. Its probably good for a 1 night stay, but definitely not multiple nights.

The place was good for the night we needed but our sheets were ripped and the chair was as well. The chair also didn’t fit under the desk so we ended up tripping over it for the extent of our stay. They did upgrade us to a king suite which was nice but the suite area was the only area with an air conditioner unit so it made the room wasn’t the same temperature as the suite. For the price it is what it is but it definitely could use some improvements.
