Un entorno estupendo. Maravilla de jardín y piscina y muy cerca de cuanto puedas necesitar. En el interior se deberían mejorar algunos detalles pero nada que impida pasar unas vacaciones fantásticas.

Precio no acorde con las características de la casa

Lla estancia ha sido agradable , el entorno de la casa, el jardín, y la zona exterior ( piscina) ha estado genial. Por contra, el interior de la vivienda necesita una mayor limpieza y actualización… hay muchos enchufes con los cables colgando en las paredes, cables sueltos sin cinta aislante , muchas de las bombillas no funcionaban por estar fundidas ( también algunas del jardín). El plato de ducha se encuentra con el sumidero oxidado,en el baño, los cestos existentes estaban bastante llenos de suciedad . En resumen , un buen exterior, pero para el precio que vale la estancia debería renovarse los interiores.

Apartamento convertido en dos habitaciones

En la descripción de la casa ponia que tenia dos habitaciones, esto a nuestro parecer no es del todo así, tiene una habitación normal y han metido dos camas en la buhardilla, la cual no está acondicionada. Tiene dos ventanas minúsculas y el aislamiento es inexistente, nosotros fuimos a finales de agosto y primeros de septiembre y los críos se quejaban del calor, no me quiero imaginar en pleno julio. El baño es muy pequeño, nosotros somos autocaravanistas y la ducha era prácticamente igual que la de nuestra autocaravana, estamos acostumbrados pero cuando alquilamos una casa esperamos encontrar algo más amplio. En el lavabo era imposible lavarse la cara, literalmente es del tamaño de una ensaladera y el grifo es enorme, por lo que es imposible hacerlo sin tirar agua fuera, al final nos lavamos en el fregadero. En la casa confunden lo rústico con lo roto, la puerta del baño y las de algunas ventanas están literalmente rotas y no cierran bien. Todo está en el salon, ya que en la habitación solo entra la cama y un pequeño armario de una puerta. La casa no tiene mosquiteras y los mosquitos al ser una zona con mucha vegetación te comen, se hace casi imposible dormir, es verdad que eso lo pone en la descripción, por lo que lo comento como sugerencia. La barbacoa es muy pequeña y estaba rota con ladrillos que se caían, conviene que le hagan una actualización. Lo mejor de la casa son las vistas y la piscina, pero esta no tiene intimidad ya que la casa del vecino está pegada y no hay ningún arbusto o planta ornamental que la separe, por cierto que no vino nadie en toda la estancia a limpiarla. La comunicación con la empresa es bastante mala, tuvimos que estar bastante encima para el tema de pagos y entrada en la casa, que a pesar de que daban la opción en su página de recoger las llaves en la casa luego te decían que no, por lo que tuvimos que insistir un poco. Una vez hecho el último pago te mandan la dirección de la casa pero cuando la metes en el maps te manda a un camino que no tiene nada que ver, nos tuvimos que buscar la vida para encontrar la entrada.

Preciosa casa En un paraje inmejorable

La casa es muy bonita y tanto en la casa como la parte de fuera y el jardín hay un montón de lugares con preciosas vistas donde relajarse. Lejos de el ruido de los coches y la ciudad y tan solo a 3 minutos del pueblo de Benissa donde hay un montón de grandes supermercados, cafeterías y tienda de cualquier cosa que se pueda necesitar. Además está a solo 15 minutos, tanto del puerto de Moraira como del de Calpe. Sin duda, una de las mejores casas que he alquilado para verano. La piscina, increíble!
