Goed verblijf gehad, paar tips

Ruimte was goed. Sanitair en bedden ook. Lokatie goed. Sleutelkastje werkte prima. Welkomstpakketje met vuilniszakken, zeepjes en afwasmiddel, theedoeken en vaatdoek fijn. Keuken qua kwaliteit ( oven hangt op la eronder) en inventaris gemiddeld ( iets meer bakjes zou fijn zijn, filterkoffie of senseo staat niet vermeld op de site, dat is misschien handig om te weten) In tafeltje buitenmeubilair zitten kussen, hebben wij pas later ontdekt.

Maison agréable et bien équipée dans un quartier calme. Pas trop de vis a vis. Une petite vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse a l'arrière, dommage que les branches d'arbres masquent partiellement cette vue. La climatisation serait appréciable dans les chambres. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le barbecue car il est situé de l'autre côté de la maison à l'opposé de la terrasse. Nous avons apprécié le réfrigérateur situé à l'extérieur. Des carreaux se décollent de la piscine mais ce n'est pas gênant.

Impression très favorable de cette maison bien équipée et super bien située hélas gâchée par le bruit désagréable de la pompe de la piscine, située sous la chambre, qui s’enclenchait dès 5h du matin jusqu’en fin de matinée.

Es fehlt nicht viel um besser zu sein

Schönes Haus, ruhige und gute Lage. Leider kein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse und unter den Pinien tropft der Harz. Alle Sitzgelegenheiten (Stühle und Lounge) im Freien hart oder unbequem. Schwimmbad ist sehr schön aber der Skimmer ist falsch eingestellt und sammelt das Ungeziefer und Blätter/Nadeln nicht ein. Das liegt aber nicht in der Kompetenz vom Interhome Team, das übrigens sehr freundlich ist und die kleinen Reperaturen sehr schnell erledigt. Wlan sehr langsam. zT Bilder nicht Realität

Villa set in a nice area just off of the Benissa road, tucked nicely away in a peaceful, private location that has great views at the back of the property, the pool is great and the grounds all round well kept. Calpe and Moraira and Benidorm on the doorstep.

Buen alojamiento en general

En general buen alojamiento. Las camas cómodas, la cocina completa con buen menaje y la piscina lo mejor. Como punto negativo diría que las mosquiteras estaban un poco en mal estado y la puerta de entrada presentaba desperfectos ( la parte de abajo de la puerta de la entrada de la cocina tenía agujeros en las esquinas) y una noche tuvimos la "visita" de un ratoncillo de campo en busca de comida. Imprescindible coche.

Villa avec piscine implantée dans un très joli endroit entre mer et montagne. Vue agréable depuis la terrasse. Quartier très calme. Très bon séjour avec un service Interhome très réactif pour palier aux petits désagréments (gaz, ampoules...).

Schönes ruhiges Anwesen mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Anwesen mit Pool ist ruhig gelegen und gepflegt. Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Das Anwesen verfügt u.a. über eine schöne Terrasse, die leider nicht nutzbar war, weil sie durch einen danebenstehenden Baum fast vollständig überwuchert war. Hätte man die Terrasse freigeschnitten oder am besten den Baum ganz beseitigt, hätte man nicht nur die Terrasse nutzen können, sondern hätte auch einen schönen Meerblick gehabt. Auch die Dusche, die im Prospekt besonders hervorgehoben wurde, ist wenig praktikabel. Sie sieht zwar optisch gut aus, ist aber sehr klein und lässt sich sehr schlecht regulieren. Darüber hinaus sind die beiden Schiebeduschtüren aus den Fassungen, sodass die Dusche nicht richtig geschlossen werden konnte. Dennoch: Insgesamt eine schönes Haus.
