Villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 independent floors.
First floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room
ground floor: 1 bedroom and a bathroom.
The villa has air conditioning, with riu rau, terrace, 10x5 pool. Just 700 m from La Fustera beach and 400 from the supermarket. Sunny all day, parking for several cars,

The entrance to the chalet does not have a door. There is parking for several cars

Wi-Fi is offered as an extra service (€50) per week.
The pool cleaning company comes on Monday and Thursday mornings during high season. In winter they come once a week, depending on the organization of work, they come on Mondays or Thursdays.

EXCELLENT EMPLACEMENT

Maison très bien située, proche plages et commodites. Superbe piscine. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est un plus . La maison nécessiterait un rafraîchissement pour la déco . Il manque également des matelas sur les transats. Peu d’ustensiles de cuisine.
