The flat is located on the lower floor of a house and offers direct access to the pool area and an outdoor barbecue, ideal for relaxing evenings outdoors. The upper floor is unoccupied, so you have your privacy.

The holiday flat has 100 m² of living space, two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea, the mountains and the Peñón de Ifach. The quiet residential area and proximity to various beaches make the location perfect for families.

The property is only 2 km from the pebble beach "Cala Advocat" and also 2 km from the sandy beach "Cala Baladrar", making it an ideal base for beach lovers.

The garden with garden furniture, the fenced plot and the terrace invite you to linger.
