The modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, along with a pantry, is ideal for preparing your favourite meals. Comfortable sofas, a television and a dining area complete this relaxing and convivial space, perfect for gathering with family and friends. On this floor we also find two bedrooms that offer absolute comfort, one of them with a dressing room. Two well-equipped bathrooms, one of them en-suite, direct access from all rooms to the terrace and the pool complete the rooms on the ground floor.
