You'll be able to walk to the Village at Sunriver, so you'll have access to many conveniences like shops and restaurants. Grab a latte and a scone at Hot Lava Baking & Coffee, then reserve a whitewater trip at Sun Country Tours.

Back at the condo, step into modern comfort and feel yourself start to unwind in your new home, which boasts tasteful, upscale furnishings and decor. Sink into the plush sectional or the classic leather chair in the living room.

Mark the beginning of your vacation with your favorite beverage and a movie on the large flat screen cable TV. With the in-house DVD and VHS library, you'll have plenty of options. In the winter, crank up the fireplace and get toasty while you watch the snow fall through the sliding doors that lead to the patio. And in the summer, stay nice and cool with the central air conditioning.

When it's mealtime, use the WiFi to find new recipes for the delicious meals you'll make in the well-equipped kitchen. With beautiful stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space, meal prep is made easy. And you can get back to the fun after you load up the dishwasher and let it do the rest of the work. When night falls, this three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath rental offers a good night's sleep for up to eight guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and full bath (with a TV). The second bedroom has two double beds, and the third has another king and its own TV. Don't forget your furry friends - up to two dogs under 25 pounds are welcome to stay!

A sofabed is available in the den and also has a flat screen. You'll also appreciate having a private laundry area so you can keep your crew looking fresh throughout your stay.

Fun is never far away with a selection of games for both kids and adults and two adult bikes in the garage. Head out on the bike path just out back, or have an impromptu Ping-Pong game on the table in the garage.

Use the provided SHARC passes and work in a few rounds of tennis at the shared courts, enjoy a lazy afternoon at the pool, or play some basketball or bocce ball. There's also a tot pool and sand area for the little ones.

If you visit in the winter, do some tubing, and in the summer, enjoy the picnic pavilion and outdoor amphitheater.

No matter the season, come home and indulge in a nice, long soak in the private hot tub while you do some stargazing. If you're in the mood for a day trip, head to Bend proper for concerts, shows, and a large variety of restaurants and bars.

**Parking, Prohibited Vehicles and Lot Appearance**
Boats, trailers, buses, motor homes, commercial vehicles, flat bed pick-up trucks, recreational vehicles (including campers), disabled, or similar vehicles shall not be parked on any Fremont Crossing lot or driveway other than inside an enclosed garage, screen from view. No vehicle may be parked in the street. Any vehicle found in violation of these restrictions is subject to towing by the Association at rental guest's expense. No other materials, trash, garbage, refuse containers, or unattractive materials shall be permitted on any Lot, Common Area, or the streets.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
