The tranquil Lake Whatcom area is popular for boating, swimming, beaches, water-front hiking trails, and more. Your bungalow is conveniently tucked away less than 1 mile from North Lake Whatcom, acting as a springboard for nearby lake water sports, forests and extensive outdoor activities.
The space
This unique home is nestled in Silver Beach, one of the most scenic neighborhoods on Lake Whatcom. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom space has plenty of space for a family, a few couples or a small group of friends. The single-level living area features hardwood floors, a fully stocked kitchen with bar countertop, dining area, and living room with comfy lounge couches, a flat screen TV and surround sound.
The master bedroom with in-suite bathroom has a sink, shower, soaking tub and king bed. The other bedrooms have a king bed, and a double bed and share a hallway bathroom with a sink, shower and soaking tub.
