Nice property that’s conveniently located in the heart of Bellingham. Staff was friendly and breakfast was great. Only issue was that the shower water pressure was very low.
Very pleasing stay...lounge was clean and food was, good. Room was, clean and,we,had, everything we needed.
Room was clean and personal where nice, had a problem with the toliet, it leaked and every time you had to flush you had to take the cover off and fix the flapper..
Very easy check in and nice room. Bathroom floor just a little dirty, otherwise very comfortable and accommodating room.
I got in late Saturday night and noticed a presumably “used” bath towel on the hook behind the bathroom door. Sunday was a long day and I came back to my room, which was NOT cleaned at all. The reason why I would go to a hotel is that the room is cleaned as part of the service. Finding a used towel was unacceptable. I had a discussion with the property manager, Kaylyn. She told me there is a shortage with housekeeping, but this should have never happened. Kaylyn did apologize and offered a food voucher. She could not adjust the hotel price as it was pre-paid by Orbitz. Also, the swimming pool hours are not practical. The hours are 7 AM – 7 PM. They did this for pool noise reasons for the evening time. As far as I’m concerned, these hours do not help me if I finish my day at 5 o’clock and then have dinner. This does not give me any time to enjoy the pool, which is one of the reasons why I chose this location. I would recommend adult (quiet) pool time 7-10 PM. In addition, for the small window I did use the pool, there were no pool towels available.
I loved the northwest style of the lobby, the comfortable rooms and the central courtyard pool. The staff was very caring.
It was fine. Nothing unique. Convenient to family. Very expensive
The pool area was nice. It would have been nice if there was free coffee in the lobby area. The only complaint I have is the toilets in the room are too small and very uncomfortable for a man to fit on.
Pool was unavailable after 8pm, also no free breakfast. Every breakfast meal was over $10. Also, the night of our arrival, there was a gala going on, and they took over the entire lobby. Also, the bathroom had a grimy floor. Beds were nice, staff was awesome! Not worth the $160/night price.
Nice hotel near downtown. Indoor pool that opens to rooms can be a bit loud when kids are in before they are supposed to (10 AM). Welcoming and warm foyer.
Very nice hotel, competitive pricing. Staff is great, and bar/restaurant are top notch.
Nice clean room, comfortable beds, enjoyed the pool facilities. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked very nice.
Room has minor maintenance issues including worn toilet seat, minor wear and tear, and small mold on shower ceiling. Rooms were adequate, though wish there was a bath. Crib not available, but that is hit and miss. Pool was comfortable, but out of towels both visits, a kid had puked earlier and nobody cleaned up until called. There is also deffered maintenence in the pool area. Restaurant was pleasant as was the staff. Decent experience overall just missing several pieces.
The pool makes the entire hotel extremely loud and echo-y. It is not contained. At all.
Very nice hotel, great restaurant on site. Beautiful and cozy lobby. Pool area was open in the center of the hotel so the sound traveled up to our room, was closed during night time though. Great location to get to downtown and plenty of grocery/restaurants walking distance.
