I was a little nervous after reading some reviews but at the price point for a holiday weekend, we decided to try it and were pleasantly surprised! We arrived a little early and were given an early check-in after a very long drive and I really appreciate that. The hotel is beautiful and tidy. Landscape is well maintained, pool and spas were clean, and the rooms were nice and quiet with total blackout options with multiple window coverings. The creek & pond outside has a bench and it was a peaceful area to visit. The staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. The workout room was nicely filled with modern equipment and was super clean. The breakfast was the standard continental breakfast and the area was very clean. This is not your fancy, high-end hotel, but it is a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful place to stay. It’s worth mentioning that there aren’t any elevators- at least not in the building I was in. I recently had knee surgery so the stairs were a bit challenging. If you have a disability or stairs are difficult, make sure to request a ground level room.Outside of that, I would highly recommend.

My building C had warm watter, over a couple days, it could have been hotter. Seems capacity a bit limited. Hallways probably need a little freshening--heavy carpet cleaning. Mostly liked the place and could stay there again.

Nice place!

Nice place to stay. Great pool and hot tub area. Plenty of food choices within walking distance. Free breakfast was really nice, choices and plenty of seating. Room was clean. Bed was a little soft for me but still comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We had a basement level room so the WiFi was poor. There was no housekeeping service so it smelled a bit musty for our three day stay. The shower curtain was too short so water sprayed around the bathroom. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good with real plates and silverware and a nice variety. Many restaurants and shopping nearby.

The hot tub was hot one night for a few hours of our 3 day stay. Also let front desk know after first night that part of the black out curtains was missing. They told me maintenance had called in for the day. Did nothing to try to fix the issue despite having plenty of time. Also one of the beds was so broken down that we couldn't use it. Again staff did nothing to assist. Not even offer to change rooms. Other than that the room was clean.

Terrible. We stayed for 2 nights over my daughter’s graduation weekend and there was no hot water either night! We requested a discount on our stay and were told a manager would call us. No one called. I had to call twice, when I got through to a manager they offered to waive our $40 pet fee and give us $10 off the room. Pathetic.
