Great check-in experience. Room was clean and the jacuzzi tub was a plus plus plus. Free continental breakfast. Perfect pit stop. Building a little outdated, but reflected in the rates.

Our "suite" was a regular room with a mini-fridge and microwave. Place was clean, staff was friendly. The beds need to be upgraded. Mattress was from 1990 and worn out enough that you can feel the springs. Price was about right for what we got.

We had a suite with a sitting area, fridge and microwave. We were there to visit our son at WWU. It was great to have a place to hang out with him that wasn't a dorm room or a restaurant.

Nice motel in conveient location. Next to Olive Garden restaurant, and near major shopping mall and food stores. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean.

I had one of the suites. A living room, kitchenette with half size fridge and microwave and silverware. King bed, two TVs. Good broadband. Copious breakfast with an attendant on duty keeping everything filled. Waffles, eggs, hard boiled and scrambled, grits (odd choice for the Pacific NW but welcome, breads, bagels. Good orange juice not the too commonly watered kind. Yes it is off season, but the Quality Inn had a good crowd on my night and it's easy to see why. My absent-mindedness in leaving a bag behind was met with helpful service sending it on to me. A winner. The hotel is not new and there are small signs of wear, but of no consequence unless you want new glitter. Outdoor pool and hottub for the summer.

Great place clean and quite. Friendly staff and great breakfast

Not the best place to stay but it worked. Not real clean but OK for the money spent.

I only stayes 1 night. The only complaint I have is that Pillows smelled like sweat. Everything else look normal. Breakfast was GREAT.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I was most impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the continental breakfast offerings.

Really enjoyed this hotel! Was great getting out of Seattle for a bit. Would absolutely return.

I was pleased with the hotel. Breakfast could have been available a little bit longer.

Rooms was clean, front desk staff was pleasant. The breakfast was ok, but there is barely room to move around. There were very few seats/tables and they were stuffed into a small area next to the lobby. For the price paid, we expected more from this hotel.

a little bit noisy. Too expensive. The air conditioner does not work.

Front desk clerk was rude. The room was dirty. The vacuum cleaner had not been used in the room for so long that you could see the dust piled up on the carpet in several places. My husband is handicapped, but the front desk clerk seemed reluctant to accommodate our request for a handicap accessible room.

This hotel seems very popular with smokers and dog lovers. Rooms are non-smoking but I was put into a wing with outdoor walkways where people smoked outside, allowing smoke to waft into rooms. Dogs were prevalent and the room had the faint odor of animals. Room cleanliness left much to be desired and I was hesitant to touch anything and would not sit on the sofa (you don't want to know). Staff is polite but indifferent. Went next door to the Comfort Inn to check them out and even their interior stairways were immaculate. I will be staying there next week.

Room was very neat, clean, and luxury than my expectation. Breakfast was good, everything was perfect for my trip with my friends. I hope to visit there again. Thanks Quality~!

It was a refreshing experience. Breakfast was generous, no crowding, has plenty of breakfast space. The room is spotless, no odor, quiet, ample space. Staff is friendly and helpful as well as the shuttle driver. I will definitely book there again. Thumbs up, keep doing what your doing. One happy, satisfied guest.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room wasn't fancy, but was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Room was a good value and was pet friendly so we could take our small dog.

It was a wonderful stay and it actually exceeded my expectation. My parents were very happy about my choice after check-in. Compared to the hotel I visited which located across from Seattle Airport, I would stay with Quality Inn next time. Their breakfast was good.

Great location for shopping at the mall and Costco. Friendly service.
