Good location Was suppose to have double but mistake at front desk so got king instead, this was not satisfactory but nothing else was available breakfast was just OK elevator broke down so had to use stairs good location for baseball tournaments at Ford
This was an excellent hotel. I have stayed at this chain before and it was a good experience, but this particular location was fantastic. Much nicer than I was expecting. The bed was very comfortable and the room was extreemly quiet. I can't say enough good about the experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Beaumont. It was also just across the street from an excellent restaurant PAPPADEAUX that serves dinner late, even on a Wednesday night.
They did make the room available earlier than check in time. However, the room smelled of pickles. We changed rooms and had no problems in the new room. Other than, we asked for sheets to be changed and they were not...that was a problem since my son had dropped food crumbs in my bed. For some reason also, we were not being delivered wash cloths through the week. We were on limited supply and thought it odd. The hotel staff was friendly when asked of services - just thought they should know these things and not have to be asked.
