This place is absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend it, especially convenient for an early morning visit to the Gap of Dunloe. The hotel sits back off the road down a long tree lined drive surrounded by beautiful gardens and horses out in the fields. Just inside the lobby is a gorgeous multi-story lounge with stained glass windows, towers of books and a cozy fireplace. Our room was HUGE, with a double sized deck and beautiful view of the mountains. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic and very reasonably priced including the wine, which is usually way overpriced in restaurants. And they even let us taste a few before ordering a bottle. The service was exceptional and with a full breakfast included you cannot beat the value. Can't wait to stay here again when we return in 2021. .

We had such a special day and weekend celebrating our wedding at the Dunloe thanks to the amazing food and staff there. We could not have chosen a more perfect venue for us and all our guests raved about the hotel and many have vowed to revisit for a break in the future. The grounds of the hotel and nearby scenery provide amazing photo opportunities. Special thanks to Jason and Niamh who went over and beyond to ensure everything was perfect on the day :) Aideen and John

A huge thanks to all at the Dunloe Hotel & Gardens for all their hard work in making our wedding day the best day of our lives. The day ran seamlessly from start to finish and our guests are still raving about the quality of both the hotel and the food. It was fantastic to see it all come together so well on the day. We were chuffed. Best wishes, Gerry & Karen

Relaxed hotel break with the grandchildren. The hotel caters very well for all the little people with horseriding, swimming, tennis, arts and crafts, movies and playstation. Evening dining was 5pm to 6pm for children and was self service. Kids club was from 6pm allowing adults to enjoy relaxed dining.wide choice for all for breakfast. Definitely worth a visit.

Had an amazing Halloween Break experience at The Dunloe hotel and Gardens. This Hotel is simply outstanding, the location, the views, the gardens, the leisure centre the decor, and cleanliness were all 1st class. We had a magnificent room with a gap view and unfortunately the Irish weather did its best to spoil it.The smiling staff went to extraordinary lengths to make you feel welcome and tend to your every need. A special mention to Britta (hope I have the spelling right) in the Restaurant and kieran in the Bar. We will be back.

We came to the Dunloe for my dog to escape the fireworks at home on Halloween and we had a fantastic trip As a dog friendly hotel it was great. The rooms were lovely and the grounds super to walk in despite the bad weather. The food is the restaurant was also fantastic.

We stayed for 4 night over Halloween. We have 2 kids 5 & 8. They loved the kids club and the complimentary pony rides. We had a family room which had a separate room for the children. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice of everything. Unlike other hotels the pool times weren't restricted. Also despite the fact that it was full of families you could still enjoy quiet time in the bar and restaurant with out children running around. the only draw back was that you could only eat in the restaurant. so you couldn't have something light to eat in the bar or lobby. I think this option is available other time of the year. Our whole family really enjoyed it.

Excellent hotel for family's, staff and food was exceptional as always. The only negative was the pool water temperature was too cold. The kids club was excellant, the kids enjoyed the horse trekking every day. Family room was excellant, separate room was kids was super. Food was 5 star both in the mornings and evening. Great hotel, we will be back. Hopefully the pool will be warmer!!

Wonderful hotel in every way but especially for families who want comfort and luxury and the best kids club in Ireland! The food is delicious and the whole team at the Dunloe are so pleasant and helpful. We are really looking forward to returning next year.

Super hotel the best in Ireland our 4th or 5th visit and we will go back.rooms were brilliant food was great and the staff are second to none. The setting is idyllic. On our previous visit we had an upgrade and it was superb
