This property’s management was completely unacceptable. The property wasn’t clean, didn’t have toilet paper, the AC’s temperature was 90 degrees in September, and had mice droppings everywhere. We had children and needed to leave the property early due to the complete lack of cleanliness and the poor location Saturday morning. We spent a premium price on a hotel Saturday morning to get out of the property. The toilets had urine stains on the toilet seats throughout the downstairs, that required cleaning products to be able to safely use the bathroom. The bathtubs had dirt and other residue which required cleaning as well. One of the toilets didn’t even have water in the bowl. This property was grossly overpriced and is a disgrace to other rental properties. The property in its current condition should not be placed on any rental site, especially at its current rate.
