Very small room we got, no view at all. Inside the room feels claustrophobia. We bean leaving room early and coming back late, just to sleep. You can here neighbors, when they take shower or using toilet…. Feels like in you they are in your room… In the picture it’s a view from the window…

when you enter the hotel, all the customers have to go to a counter before checking inn at the reception at that counter you have to send your hotel confermation to a specific email they give you and after that they print a hard copy of the email you sent and then you can go to the reception to check inn!! and the internet is so slow

Had the worst experience experience ever.

In order: ias soon as I checked in they took me to the basement , as I was told they have a new floor. In the basement?! Hotel room n the basement? Per my request they did give me a room on the 4th floor with a window, which ... wouldn't open . On the bedding cover there was a dirty spot, so I wrapped it all up and put it away, so I'm not in any contact with it. As soon as I removed the cover I saw the ... hair on the sheet. The bedding wasn't changed. I tried to call the reception desk - the phone didn't work. Furious, I stepped outside in search of a maid. Luckily, there were 2 of them in the hallway. I managed to have them understand (no English) that the sheets are dirty. They did. Since there were 2 of us - my 20 y/o daughter and I, I asked for 2 separate beds. There was one queen. Ok, but I asked for the extra sheet, they gave it to me then, but after cleaning my room the next morning took it away. There was no blankets, only sheets. The a/c in the room was loud and without a blanket it was chilly, without a/c - stuffy. pillows were hard and very uncomfortable. 2nd night at 1 am fire alarm broke off...eventually, second night when I came back after the tour, I noticed that my purse was opened. Didn't pay attention to it at first, was too tired. The next morning I pulled out the envelop with cash, there were missing 400 euros. All the smaller money were left there, but not 400 euros in 100th. I was suggested to write an Email , I did, no response so far. DONT BOOK !

charged me twice

Hotel condition was good and location central to placa Catalunya. However when I checked in the lady said I only needed to pay taxes on check out. The next day I was told I needed to pay for the room and that the 3rd party I used only put a hold on the room and that the room wasn't paid. I was running to catch a flight and did not have time to fight with them so I paid. I later contacted the 3rd party I used because I saw two charges for the same room. The 3rd party attempted to contact the hotel to verify that I had paid but they said they couldn't verify. I am not sure how that was possible and now I'm in the process of disputing the charge. Would not recommend the hotel at all for that bad customer service.

Disappointing "4" star hotel

Pros: away from the city noise. 5-10 min from plaza catalyuna. Cons: room had a weird smell. Linen was old and stained. Fixtures were peeling. What really annoyed me was that employees didn't believe that room was already prepaid even after showing them booking confirmation. We had to wait for their manager to arrive and confirm. I'm glad I didn't have a flight to catch.

Good for a night

Was a comfortable room for the night, however there were a few issues. No hot water was available just after 9pm when we wished to take a shower, the water was mild at best. And when we asked for the wifi password we had to go down to the front desk to get it, they would not provide it to us over the phone from our room.

Its not a bad hotel but it needs a little updating. Our beds were comfortable. The bathroom shower was old and looked dirty. It was an okay place to stay for the night.

The Hotel is nice and close to some main attractions like Las Ramblas, Palau Guell, Plaza Cataluña. The room is small (of course is Europe), but very pleasant. The staff was very nice with us. Nice hotel and not so expensive.
