With 220m2, the appartment has capacity to accommodate up to 10 guests.
It has two master suites with its bathroom and three more double rooms with a third bathroom. It has a spacious kitchen-dining room and a living room with views of Passeig de Gracia and the world famous 'Manzana de la discordia'.

The neighbourhood

Passeig de Gracia is a real treasure for its reknown Catalan art nouvau buildings made by famous Modernist arquitects : "Casa Lleó Morera" by Lluís Domènech i Montaner, "Casa Mulleras" by Enric Sagnier, "Casa Bonet" by Marcel·lià Coquillat, "Casa Amatller" by Josep Puig i Cadafalch and finally the awasome "Casa Batlló" by Antoni Gaudí.

Passeig de Gracia is also the most famous avenue in Barcelona with glamorous restaurants and wonderful exclusive shops: Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Chanel, among others. At the same, in the area you will find all the attractives spots of a friendly neighbourhood: a traditional market, supermarkets, small old shops, modern gyms and charming cafés.

Staying in the centre of Barcelona means that you can easily reach the main places of interest. Moreover, just a few steps from the house you have a metro and railway station, a stop for several buses and a taxi rank. And if you rent a car there is a car park just outside the building.

Ours is a majestic building were some members of our family stil live and we do our best to have a quiet and respectful atmosphere. The building has doorman and safety service by night.

Wonderful apartment in superb location!

We just loved everything about our stay in this beautiful apartment! The location is just fabulous, right in the heart of the Eixample neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation to everywhere in the city. We loved looking out at Casa Battlo and this gorgeous block every day - what a special view! The apartment itself was immaculate and our hosts, Javier and his brother Ventura, were so kind and helpful. They made us feel so welcome, from the welcome basket of local treats to the bathrobes and even chocolates in the bedrooms! It was truly a special stay in one of our favorite cities. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely beautiful as photographed and right in the center of the city across from a Gaudí house! Subway stop and taxi stand right outside. Very convenient.I thought I read in description about an on-site gym, but we were not given access to that if it exists. The bedroom photos/description also appeared slightly different (read 3 master bedrooms and two double twins but was instead 2 master bedrooms and three double twins). Still, all rooms adequate, clean, tidy; unit overall well-stocked.with items you might need for convenience. Very excellent attention to detail on hospitable care.

5 star plus apartment located in the best street in Barcelona! Everything from location to the wonderful personal welcome to the most perfect apartment for our family! The perfect stay in Barcelona

We loved our stay at Javier & Pilar's home. The apartment itself was perfect, well appointed and had a clear attention to detail. The location was also outstanding, close to great restaurants and attractions, and just steps from the metro to take us anywhere we wanted to go. But what made our stay truly stand out was the service we received from the owners and the YouStylish team. From start to finish, this was a five-star experience, for sure. Beautiful luxury experience in Barcelona

This beautiful apartment was perfect for our family of 10. Every comfort was available and we felt like we were home. Ventura was there to welcome us, show us his lovely home and gave us recommendations for delicious dinner and local activities. It is very centrally located to everything in Barcelona including the luxury shopping. I recommend also using their concierge service for transportation and tours, we did and had a great day in Montserrat through CTS. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Well appointed and perfect location

We had a fantastic week staying at the Luxury Paseo de Gracias apartment. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. It has everything you need and everything was in top condition. Beautifully Appointed, great location!

The property had everything and more. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us lots of information. When we reached out he was readily available. We were a family of 4 adults and 4 children. It was spacious and the bed were comfortable. We had a bit of trouble unlocking the door but once we figured it out it was not a problem. Lots to do close by.

This property has it all. One of the owners met us for check in and answered all of our questions. The apartment is beyond gorgeous and the location can’t be beat. Concierge service was very helpful scheduling taxis, etc. Run, don’t walk to reserve it.

Always a bit nervous on what you will find when you actually check in...well don't be on this beautiful apartment!!! Great location, beautiful apartment, comfy beds linens and towels. Top VRBO Stay!!

Imagine opening your windows onto a balcony and overlooking the street with the best and most historical architecture in all of Barcelona and you have found where we stayed! Everything was amazing - very clean, all amenities provided, and even helped us arrange a private chef at the apartment. We could walk to everything, everyone had a bed, lots of great space, this is the kind of place we would want to live!
