AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! I should have known that this was going to be a bad experience when I had to pay directly to the hotel/mgmt team and not VRBO. Also had to pay 25 for some guy to let me in in cash!Right away I did not feel safe. The area around the loft, back and the “cute” little terrace were not safe. It was very scary and disturbing. The washer is in the back closet area outside. When I reached out about my safety concern the mgmt company did not care and would not work with me for an early checkout or adjustment. VRBO could not help because I didn’t pay them and they had no control even though they understood my safety concerns. I left after the first night and checked into a hotel.As an owner I would never treat any guest like this and I always try to work with them.The whole thing/place is shady and I would never recommend an enemy to stay there!

Nice area, but disappointing apartment experience
We stayed here for 6 nights total, and unfortunately I cannot say were too impressed. Check-in details were quite vague, and did not direct us in the right directions, which led to us accidentally trying to access an occupied apartment, scaring us and the spanish lady inside just the same. Once we were into the correct apartment, we were not very impressed by the amenities provided. The couch was broken and dipped to one side, and there was no dishwasher which would have been fine, except for the fact that there was no drying rack or place to actually set dishes. In addition to this, there were no kitchen towels, no soap in the bathroom, and when we went through the one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, we were told that "you have to buy it by your own, we let the first one as courtesy". What kind of a place cant provide a few extra rolls of tp? It just felt cheap and corporatized, prioritizing cost savings over providing a good experience to guests.
