What a wonderful place for a family to stay we brought our three kids and our granddaughter and we’re able to use the family suite on the top of building. The three bedroom apartment with a fully functional kitchen was fantastic for our family to relax and enjoy the city of Barcelona.

cleanliness and location, yes. our room was cleaned and towels where replaced everyday and the location is perfect, access to the train station and walking to most of the places. this is a budget hotel, if you are looking for one. no fluffy towels, decor sub par just a nice clean bed to go back too to refresh, elevator may or may not work. we had a power outage and of course our building has no power, but next door, accross, city lights, street lights, everyone surrounding has power except our bldg. need to update their pictures because it is really outdated. so it looks fancy on the picture but rely more on recent pictures by people who stays there. didn't do much on ours because we had the big construction in front of us, which we are already aware off booking this hotel. nothing new on that. hoping the update or construction going on, can make this building better. i had the city front, the view would be great if no construction

This place had mold in the rooms, absolutely nothing like the pictures. It’s a complete scam, I went to look at my room and left instantly and they refused to give me a refund. You could see cockroaches on the ground, I saw one and I left immediately I didn’t even care to argue for a refund I felt like it wasn’t even safe breathing the air in that building

At the time we were there, they were doing work on the facade, so there wasn't a balcony view as such, and the workers, while discrete, were present outside our window. This hotel is in a great spot for getting to lots of cool stuff. That also means that it's in a popular area where lots of people are, so you take the good with the bad. I would love to see it once it's renovated.

Staff were rude, when asked to have toiletries the staff said this was not his job. They assigned me to a bedroom I did not choose since they were overbooked. I barely slept. The second day we were transferred to the type of bedroom we ordered. This bed had flies that bit me throughout the nights. Horror stay.
