First the highs. The staff were exceptional and the service was second to none. From the reception staff to the waitresses in the breakfast room they were all kind and attentive. Making our stay memorable. However our room was small which was fine but the walls were very marked. We could not work out where the noise of dripping water was coming from. After two nights of interrupted sleep we deduced it was a problem with the toilet. This was put right very quickly but I cannot help but feel it should have been noticed when the room was checked. The noise form rooms either side of us appeared to travel around the building very easily and we were disturbed by voices and flushing toilets. The hotel couldn't be held responsible for a set of inconsiderate guests waking us twice in one night. The second time at 04.30. I think the flooring added to the noise. The reception staff were very understanding and asked us to report any further disturbance immediately.

Perfect location, close to Passeig de Gracia and Casa Batllo and not a pleasant walk along to Plaça Catalunya whih took us 20 minutes , metro station Provenca is really a few steps from the hotel. It is modern, very clean hotel, with a large room and special places for everything, at least we could arrange two big suitcases without filling the wardrobe. Larhe shower cabin and agreat shower. High quality toiletries, the white gowns and slippers. Highly reccommend!

The experience with the service from everyone at this hotel was exceptional!!! They left me a small treat every day (box of chocolates, bag of peanuts, etc). Walking distance, depending on how much you like to walk, to many important locations in Barcelona! Beds could be a bit better cushioned but overall it was a great experience!

Spent a long weekend at the hotel back in July '17 and forgot to post to a review to say just how good it was - credit where deserved! Location is great - still have the hustle and bustle of Barcelona but in a very nice setting with relaxed eateries and bars on the doorsteps. Hotel itself looks amazing, bedrooms were immaculate and the rooftop pool was brilliant after a long day exploring the city. Staff were all fantastic and couldn't do more to help you. Very much worth the money, great base for a stay in Barcelona!

Central located with lots of great restaurants nearby. The art theme made for a pleasant change in decor. It’s a small hotel but every inch of space is well planned. A nice touch were the free bottles of water each day and the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was simple—the cooked options tended to be a little too salty.

Stayed here for 3 nights in January and absolutely loved it! It was my first time in Barcelona so it was a tough decision deciding where to stay but we were made up with this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, a lovely bar area inside and out and the terrace with the plunge pool upstairs is great! The rooms are really nice but fairly small, although for us this didn't matter as we were out most of the day. The bed's are extremely comfortable, we had black out curtains, which is always a bonus for me. The room's get cleaned daily and replenished with fresh water, capsules for the Nespresso Machine, and fresh towels/Toiletries (when required). The bathroom is a really good size and the Rain showers are amazing, we surprised to find a bathrobe and slippers each which made us even more comfortable. The service in the hotel was incredible, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I booked the trip as a surprise for my boyfriend's 30th birthday and the staff took great care of us, on the evening of his birthday they delivered a complimentary bottle of Champagne and chocolates to the room which was a great surprise and made the trip even more special! The location was also fantastic we enjoy walking so covered a lot of ground, everywhere is pretty much in walking distance but you have great transport links near by to. We visited some great restaurant whilst in Barcelona but our favourite by far was Cuidad Condal, this was only about a 15 minute walk away or 5 euros in a taxi. The tapas selection here was fantastic, we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table as you can’t book but its 100% worth the wait! If you love crepes you need to visit Crepes Barcelona, there crepes are amazing!! We also did lot’s of site seeing whilst in Barcelona but we especially loved the La Boqueria Market - Las Ramblas, Camp Nou Football tour and the Cable Car above the city! It was a fantastic trip! We will definitely return! Sent from Yahoo Mail. Get the app

From the moment we checked in , with my welcome glass of champagne to the moment we left I absolutely loved this beautiful hotel. Yes the rooms were on the small side but felt so cosy. The rooms are spotless and come with lots of amazing toiletries. Could have done with a kettle. The concierge was great at helping with directions, recommendations and umbrellas when it decided to rain!!!!!. We was due to check out at 12pm but my flight wasn't till 4pm, was told by concierge that there would be a late check fee, my partner came back and informed me of this, as he walked in the phone rang, it was the desk to say that there would be no charge and and we could stay till we checked out. Overall would definitely recommended this hotel to anyone thing about visiting Barcelona. Perfect location also helped.

we booked to stay here for 5 nights over the New Year. The location is excellent a short walk from the nearest metro and not far from the shopping areas, but far enough to be quiet. Rooms are small but very nicely fitted and the artist themed floors are a novel idea. We changed rooms to a balcony room and it really made a difference to the sense of space in the room. Bathroom was great and the amenities provided were really nice. Having a Nespresso machine in the room was excellent but there was no kettle if you wanted tea (and no tea bags). The breakfast restaurant was my favourite part of the hotel, all black and white and absolutely beautiful. Breakfast itself was excellent with an a la carte menu included with an excellent buffet which varied a little every day. Staff in every part of the hotel were great too, always polite and helpful. Overall it's hard to fault this hotel and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend. On my next visit to Barcelona i won't need to spend days searching for a great hotel....we have found one already! Thank you to all the staff at H10 Art Galley, you gave us a great experience

I couldn’t imagine that I would eat the best omelette ever in the Breakfast of a Hotel, but I didit today!!!! Congratulations! Good gym, feeling being outside with the light inside, and free water inside, comfortable bed and some jellies in the reception, my second time here and let’s say that it is impressive!

We stayed in H10 Art Gallery Hotel for a 3 nights. Hotel itself is in a nice location, very clean, with cozy rooms and spacious bathrooms. Staff - friendly and helpful. We asked to change rooms because of the bed issues and they fix it really quickly - for additional fee of course. Breakfast in this hotel - amazing. Guests has variety to choose from at the snack bar and could order warm food from the menu, like eggs, pancakes, etc. My tip - ask the room with a garden view, as it's not as loud as the one with street view. Thank you for a nice stay !
