We visited Barcelona in May 2018 for a romantic weekend away. While it rained non-stop for the time we were there, there was lots to do and see, and we didn't let the bad weather hinder our experience there. The H10 Art Gallery is perfectly located for the airport train. It cost about £14 each for the two of us to travel return, and the Passeig de Gràcia train station is only 15 minutes walking distance to/from the hotel. The hotel is very modern and maintained to a very high level. The staff were very efficient and organised and we checked in and checked out effortlessly. Our bedroom was a standard queen sized room, which we felt was too small in all honesty. Neither of us slept well which was unfortunate. My boyfriend is 6ft and rugby built, and we were not comfortable sharing the small bed. There was a decent sized bathroom however, great power shower and lots of storage for our clothing. I enjoyed the gym situated by the pool. Although very small with only one treadmill, exercise bike and equipment for mat based exercises, it was air-conditioned and very clean. The roof top pool was also impressive but we couldn't use it because of the bad weather. The hotel itself if situated approximately 30 minutes walking distance from Les Rambles and is surrounded by incredible eateries and bars. While we didn't partake in dining at the H10 Art Gallery, we were tempted by the bar and the menu that advertised some great sounding dishes. I don't think we would return due to the bed situation, but we loved the area and found the other facilities at the hotel very good.

This is a nice and pleasant hotel. Unlike the luxury hotels we usually stay at, it is unique in its design and decorations. The location is very good, there are many good restaurants nearby. We had the terrace room, which has a balcony that leads to a big backyard. It's lovely! Special praise to Helena, who is very helpful and patient in giving us directions and advice on restaurants nearby. She is the most friendly staff at the hotel. We will stay there again if we visit Barcelona next year!

Stayed at this hotel a week ago for 4 nights on the 3rd floor facing the street. The room was fantastic, service wonderful especially Victor on front desk. Returned yesterday for an overnight stay and did not receive a warm welcome at check in. Went to my allocated room only to discover it was a disabled room. The shower did not have an enclosure and consequently water would have covered the floor, the floor surface is already slippery. When I returned to reception, the gentleman knew that he had allocated me a disabled room, wish he had told me before I went to the room, he did apologise. I requested another room, Hotel was at capacity and I was allocated room 107. This was a very small room, and I mean small, facing an internal atrium, you can’t open the curtains as you look directly into another room, hence no natural light. Very disappointed. I really rated this hotel on my first visit as the room and staff were lovely, on this overnight stay I have been very disappointed, even considered changing hotels. Sadly, I am not sure about a return visit.

The hotel was incredibly clean - possibly the cleanest I've ever stayed in. It even smelt beautiful as we entered the lobby. We arrived over an hour before check-in, but this wasn't a problem and we were quickly given our room key to settle in. The air-conditioning works perfectly as did the WiFi (quite a novelty). The hotel was quiet and in a good location for a city break. We didn't want to be in the middle of the hustle & bustle, so we were happy with a 10 minute walk. There's a taxi rank at the end of the road (less than 1 minute walk) if you prefer. We didn't use the pool area as we were too busy sightseeing. We did have a quick looks and it appeared calm and clean. Towels were provided by the pool. The selection for breakfast was great. Hot food is ordered from a menu and then fruit, bread, toast, pastries, sweets, yoghurt & tonnes of other stuff is available for you to help yourself. Hot food was sometimes slow to arrive to the table, which wasn't great when we had tickets booked, but it added to the chilled atmosphere. The bed was a comfy king (not 2 pushed together!) and the pillows were good. Rain shower was great and easy to control pressure/temperature. Nice toiletries were provided which could actually be bought from a shop in the city. There was even a conditioner which is rare! We were really impressed and we'll be back.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly . Due to a flight cancellation we missed a night there but were charged 190 Euros for a *no Show ". We booked through Booking.com and advised them as soon as we were aware of the problem . We were advised that it was Hotel's policy and it was suggested that we claim back from Airline. ( that is still in progress) Frankly I feel a little disappointed and would just make travellers aware of this policy. Generally not in my opinion the best location for a city break but perhaps depends on what you want to do in the City. I am unlikely to return there and now have an issue with H10 hotels and their charging policy . Their short sighted approach to an unavoidable delay has resulted in this review , whereas a more helpful an understanding view , looking at the big picture might have provided a less negative view. Customers beware !

We agree with all of the comments about the the hotel's great location and superb interior and amenities. For us, however, the staff members are its greatest assets. Each one we interacted with was cheerful, helpful, polite and professional. In particular we would like to thank Valeria, Karen, Victor and Rafel at Reception, as well as Pedro and Angel in the Breakfast Room. They all helped make our stay in this beautiful city a memorable one. We will certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends who want to visit Barcelona.

We had a great stay at this hotel everything was perfect very clean room, my husband he really loved the terrace in our room comfortable bed, very helpful staff, good service. close to metro and tourist spots. swimming pool on the top of the hotel was fantastic breakfast was good. we will definitly be back to this hotel. Well recommended to our friends who gonna visit barcelona. 🖒👌👌

This hotel is a real gem. It’s beautifully decorated and the art motif is well-carried out, with an extra bonus of an atrium and glass elevator. The breakfast room was elegant and serves full or continental breakfasts. The hotel is well located near the Plaza Catalunya and the Gothic quarter on a quiet street. The only downside is that our room was small. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody wanting a quiet room in a good location.

Centrally located in a great area of the city with a superb range of restaurants and shop nearby. The breakfast buffet was superbly presented with a huge selection of food from which to choose. Could not fault the accommodation an decor throughout.

L'Eixample is the most convenient place to stay in Barcelona, and Enric Granados Street is one of the quietest avenues. This H10 hotel is on a street with only 1 lane of traffic, with trees and ample pedestrian walking areas. Many good restaurants are within a couple of blocks. Two major metro stops are within 3 or 4 blocks. From an itinerary planning standpoint, this is an excellent location. The reviews you read in Trip Advisor are accurate, however -- the rooms are, in fact, small. That shouldn't matter if you are running around on business or on vacation. The bed was comfortable, and that's basically all that matters. (Of course, we booked the room at a good price, and that makes the cramped quarters more bearable.) It took us a while to figure out how the A/C system works. Our room opened into an interior courtyard, so it was usually too warm to leave the windows open. The bathroom was adequately sized and modern. Each floor of the hotel is decorated in the style of a different artist (we were on the 5th Floor, which reflects the work of Roy Lichtenstein). The staff was helpful. The rooftop pool was a bit cool but refreshing for dangling our feet in the water after a long day of walking.
