The staff were fantastic only downside was the bed only had thin sheets and no light-weight duvets. The hair dryer was on and off and needed an upgrade. Location is very central to everything within walking distance to major attractions but just be very aware within the surroundings of the hotel as it’s not the best area. Jetted-tub was a bonus and it’s a clean property. Also, please include iron/ironing board or a portable steamer in the rooms as it was inconvenient not having one readily available.

The property inside was great. Room size great and staff were exceptional. I did have difficulty finding the entrance to hotel No visible sign with hotel name. As well, every night of our stay between 11 pm and 1 am, there were people being quite loud outside our window. I would ask for a room not next to street.

This was unfortunately the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked for 3 nights but ended up leaving after just one. The location felt extremely unsafe. The street outside constantly smelled of urine, and there were drug users and homeless people loitering around the entrance throughout the day. The hotel is only a few metres away from a very unsafe neighbourhood. Soundproofing was non-existent — I could hear people yelling, glass bottles breaking, and other disturbances all night long, making it impossible to sleep. There was also an issue with the toilet not flushing properly. The room itself was fairly clean and the staff were genuinely kind and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, everything else made my short stay unbearable, and I would not recommend this hotel.

The Hotel its on refreshing so the external identification for the Site are not updated, also Google Maps its have some difficulties to identify the correct entrance, but HOTEl its a 4.6 in overrall!!

Very very clean hotel. The breakfast room sparkled, nice choices for breakfast plus eggs available. Staff is courteous and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we got extra blankets when we asked. An added shelf on the bathroom or room wall would be nice.

The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and kind. They quickly sorted an issue with our room- originally we were put in the wrong room and when we told them they immediately sorted the issue and we were moved to the correct room. All staff were so friendly and helpful and they spoke really good English. We enjoyed the coffee machine at the hotel which was also really convenient and we also loved the little patio space outside which was nice to enjoy in the evenings. The area felt slightly unsafe but this is not really a fault of the hotel. The hotel did feel safe although because the door would lock at night and you would have to use your room key to open the main hotel door. Sometimes noise from the streets surrounding was a bit loud but not really a big issue, especially if you’re not easily woken up. The interior of the hotel downstairs has been newly refurbished and is really nicely designed with beautiful lamps and tables- it made the space really enjoyable to have a coffee or read a book in.
