Unfortunately we had problems with our key cards not working to open our rooms. It happened various times even after having them reprogrammed. Otherwise the rooms were very clean and quiet.

We were surprised to find out bed was two twins pushed together but they were very comfortable. Our room on the second floor was extremely noisy! There was traffic noise and garbage trucks in the very early morning. Perhaps a higher floor would be better. Our receptionists were absolutely amazing. They were informative and helpful and really good at their jobs. They even got us last minute tickets for Familia Sagrada when it was sold out! They made our stay really nice. Thank you!!

Rooms need to be sound proof …noisy guests

I think something needs to be done about the sound. Thd people staying next to me were noisy and even when they were told to be quiet I still could hear everything. I could not sleep and there should be some sound proof. I lost a day of sightseeing sadly as I fell asleep long after and overslept my time for sightseeing as a result.

If you want to stay near the Sagrada Familia, this is good location, 5min walk down the street. There are some food restaurants near by with a great tapa place few doors down. Booked 2 Panorama rooms, only 3 on the 8th floor. Room was huge with balcony and seating outside. Lovely view of the Sagrada Familia especially in the morning thats the first thing you see out the window/balcony. Staff was great they helped us arrange a tour.
