Great staff. Great location. Excellent fun safe hotel especially for the lgbtq+ community. I will only say to please upgrade your elevators. They seem a bit clanky. Myself and one of my guest got stuck for a short period and it was a bit unerving.

I stayed for two nights, was very impressed with hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Joquin on reception, I asked him if he could point me in the direction for breakfast, he personally took me to the restaurant, and carried my suitcase for me when I checked out. As I only stayed for two nights I put the do not disturb sign on the door as the room was fine, the cleaning lady was so nice, she came and asked if I needed any fresh towels. I would definitely stay here again.
