The location in Barcelona was a 10! It is a beautiful, new property and the room was outstandingly handsome. The floor of the shower was slippery so I placed a towel on the floor as I felt unsafe. The staff was helpful with directions and actually allowed us to check in at 11 am. There could be more surfaces for bags in the room so they didn't have to stay on the floor.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are modern, comfortable and have good air conditioning! We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with made to order omelet, waffles and other breakfast fare. Walking distance to many tourist sites.

The location is prime! Its close to everything but the street its on is somewhat quite so you don't feel like you're too close to the crowds. The staff is wonderful and super helpful. Cleanliness is top notch! The restaurant is fantastic that I didn't bother going elsewhere. Highly recommended!

This is a nice hotel. Comfortable bed and clean. Terrific location and great staff. But. The room did not have as much usable space as the pictures suggest. There was no space for luggage. And no luggage racks. Much of the space was in a sort of awkward area a few steps down from the main part of the room. But the layout made it not useful. There is no place to sit other than the bed and one desk chair. The desk chair doesn't fit in the main part of the room. It just made it not worth it to pay for the larger more expensive room. Also a little weird to only have one regular coffee and one decaf coffee when there are 2 occupants. Overall we would stay again, but not without looking for better options first.

The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. I need to point out that Manuel from the front desk was incredibly welcoming every day and went beyond his way to ensure we were having a pleasant stay! I recommend this hotel!
