Excellent location but be patient

The apartment is in the perfect location in Barcelona downtown, near restaurants , shops and public transportation. The negative thing about my experience was the check-in process because the person who came had no idea about what he needed to do. The apartment was not as clean as it should be . The bath curtains were so dirty that we needed to wash them . And the fridge was dirty too. The property manager didn’t answer as quick as needed so every issue we had we had to resolve it ourselves.
