Bad expirience

From the outside hotel looks like from fairy tale,but inside it s better avoid.Only positive is large room,but very cold,no mini bar,no frige,no slippers,no shampoo in bathroom(ask every day for shampoo).No cleaning with cleaner,there were empty bottle from other guest.Can t use pool and gym before 4pm,and wather in pool no heating.They have children s playroom but also very cold and castle is broken.For breakfast and dinner no enought food for all guests,coffe mashine without coffe,only water come s out.Very bad choise,I went home with cold.
