I especially appreciate that the hotel representative did not mention my name or room number as I'm a woman traveling alone and so cautious about others in line at the desk overhearing this information. My only complaint is that the walls seemed pretty thin as I could hear guests on either side of my room having conversations, so guessing they could hear me as well.
