I recently stayed at the Bangor,ME location for 3 nights. There is a sign on the mirror in the bathroom that says the rooms get serviced every other day which would have been fine but the third night our room was not serviced. I had to call for clean towels that third night. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide service. I complained at check out and because I booked through orbits the staff person at the desk said there was nothing he could do but I could help myself to some snacks at their snack pantry, no thanks.
