Located off a highway, good proximity to U of Maine, Orono (20 min). Check in easy, front desk staff helpful. May have been a motel, under construction in the back, front is messy. Room was nice, could tell it has been recently renovated. Was there only 1 night. Didn’t try restaurant or lounge. Day of checkout was a pain. Woken by housekeeping banging in hallway and slamming doors around 830 am on a Saturday. Then they tried to get in the room, actually attempting to open door. Same at 1030 ish. Housekeeper told me that I was "checked out", they removed me from the system earlier that day. Again at 1055, as I was finishing getting dressed, someone else tried to open the door. If I hadn't had the safety bar on, there would have been a stranger in my room. When I spoke with Front Desk, I gad accidentally been checked out. Accidents happen but I would have thought that they would have fixed it the first time.

The listing said that a full breakfast was free, but it was plastic containers of cereal and yogurt. Guests were walking around inside without masks.

Our room was Immaculate, updated, very comfortable. There is some construction on the premises and this is the covid situation, but when I return to Bangor, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Certainly an outdated hotel with lots of renovations in progress. Hopefully, the finished product is nice. Tiny bathrooms.

Good location - near the airport, and near the interstates with gas stations nearby. Staff was friendly, though there was some confusion due to renovations - some were under the impression that our first room was due to be renovated while we were there while others believed that was going to take place the next week. To be on the safe side, we did request another room when one became available.

Even though there was renovation construction, the hotel was in full operation. The staff was friendly and helpful and the bar/grill/restaurant was excellent.

The room was clean but curtain was torn and toilet roll holder fell off the first time my granddaughter went to the restroom. Also, very disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price of our room. That was one of the reasons we chose that hotel plus they had a pool for our grandchildren.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Fast check in and out. The room was clean but had it's problems. Light the worked sometimes in bathroom, no fan which led to mold on the ceiling. A few other minor issues like mold in the pool area. Overall, a good place.

I have stayed in this hotel for years. It is in a good location and the facilities are well kept and clean. The staff is friendly and eager to make you feel welcome and your stay hassle free.

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was quiet and very clean. Great pillows!!

Pipe clanged all night. The room smelled and the bed was uncomfortable.

I did enjoy staying at this hotel, it was very close to the airport and there was ample parking.
